It's Got Legs.

When wine is swirled in a clean glass, long tears can be seen streaming down the side of the glass after it is allowed to rest. These are referred to as “legs”, and some people think that pronounced legs are an indication of a fine wine. There is actually no relationship between the presence of wine legs and wine quality.
