The theme of this year’s demonstration is “Butchers’ Cuts” meaning lessor known cuts of meat known for incredible flavor.

Kick off the grilling season with a fun and interactive demonstration on grilling techniques. Brian Lesperance (our VP) and Matthew Jannette (our Winemaker) who are both self-described foodies, will take guests through a practical and easy-to-follow demonstration of grilling methods sure to sharpen your game just in time for summer. And the entire event will take place outside making it both safe and fun during these crazy times.*

The afternoon begins with instruction while you enjoy some welcome snacks and your choice of wine or hard cider. From there you will be seated for a family style lunch with your group, socially distanced from others. Wine and hard cider will be available throughout the fun filled afternoon!

The theme for this year’s demonstration is lesser knowns cuts of meat known for incredible flavor. We are also going to feature locally sourced seasonal produce whenever possible.

Welcome Reception and Fire Making Demo

Hand held snacks, hard cider, wine or sparkling wine by the glass

Grilling Demo

Lunch served family style to each table

Grilled Picanha and Hanger Steak

Grilled local asparagus dressed with olive oil, salt and pepper

Grill roasted potatoes

Arugula salad with grilled peppers and red onions

Dessert

Grilled “strawberry shortcake”

The cost is $40/person which includes food, wine and hard cider as well as gratuity. Reservations are required.

*Note: In the event of inclement weather, the event will shift to Sunday, May 30th.

** Due to the nature of the family style meal, we are unable to accommodate dietary requests. The menu is gluten free except where noted.
