Fired Up! Grilling Class

Kick off the grilling season with a fun and interactive demonstration on grilling techniques. Chef Christine Ferris of Farmhouse Deli, longtime friend of Fenn Valley, will take guests through a practical and easy-to-follow demonstration of grilling methods sure to sharpen your game just in time for summer.

The afternoon begins with instruction while you enjoy a cheese board and your choice of wine or hard cider. We will then progress to the grills, where guests will be invited to practice newly developed skills. Professional chefs from Farmhouse will be available during the grilling time to help with technique and answer questions. Finally we will enjoy the freshly prepared meal family style. Wine and hard cider will be available throughout the fun filled afternoon!

The cost is $40/person which includes food, wine and hard cider as well as gratuity. Reservations are required and are accepted online beginning in early 2020.

Marinated flank steak with balsamic glazed portabella mushrooms
Lemon basil boneless skinless chicken with fresh pesto
Truffled grilled asparagus
Roast potato and arugula salad

Dessert

Grilled chocolate cake with ice cream and whiskey fudge sauce
