The options
Corporate & Team Experiences
Two-hour packages built for a team, a department, or a group of clients. Wine and a charcuterie spread for the table, with or without a guided tour, priced per person so you can budget it before you ask a question.

Private Group Experiences
A personalized tasting in your own private setting — the version with photos everybody actually keeps. Bachelorette parties, birthdays, vineyard picnics, igloos in the cold months. What’s available shifts with the season.

Motorcoach & Bus Tours
We host buses year round, with the staffing to match. Requests must reach us at least two weeks ahead so we can confirm the day and put the right people on the floor. Advance payment is non-refundable.

A Reserved Table
No package, no program — just your group at the tasting bar with room to sit together. If there are six or more of you, reserve ahead so we can staff for it. Everyone orders what they want.

Before you book
Three things that apply to every group, whichever option you pick.
Six or more needs a reservation
It lets us staff the floor properly, which is the difference between your group being taken care of and your group waiting at the bar.
Ask at least two weeks ahead
Earlier is better in summer and through harvest, when the calendar fills first and the good dates go quickly.
Wait for written confirmation
A request isn’t a booking. No group is accepted without a written confirmation from us, so hold your plans until you have one in hand.
The fine print
You must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. While you will have your own private setting, you will be near our regular customers, and we ask that your dress and conduct be that of a responsible adult. Fenn Valley reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or is disruptive to other guests, and to refuse admission to anyone with inappropriate dress or displaying inappropriate or obscene gestures or articles.
