Kick off the grilling season with a fun and interactive demonstration on grilling techniques. We will take guests through a practical and easy-to-follow demonstration of grilling methods sure to sharpen your game just in time for summer.

The afternoon begins with instruction while you enjoy some welcome snacks and your choice of wine or hard cider. From there you will be seated for a family style lunch with your group. Wine and hard cider will be available throughout the fun filled afternoon!

Menu information can be found below. In addition to the main course, guests will receive snacks during the welcome and instruction as well as grilled dessert at the end.

The cost is $40/person which includes food, wine and hard cider as well as gratuity. Reservations are required.

*Note: In the event of bad weather, this event will automatically move to Sunday, May 29th at the same time. Guests unable to make the rain date will receive a refund. 


The theme for the 2022 class is Beef Ribs. 

Beef ribs, while very popular, are often misunderstood and can be intimidating. During the demonstration we will demystify the different cuts of ribs (flanken, short and spare) as well as demonstrate different techniques for cooking them on a grill. We will be preparing the flanken cut in a traditional way, while the short ribs will be done with an Asian twist. Other sides, TBD, will also be prepared on the grill, as will dessert!
