Melon and Prosciutto Skewers
**This recipe was featured as part of our 2022 New Release Wine & Food Pairings.**
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ ripped Cantaloupe
- 8 oz of sliced prosciutto
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 watermelon radish
- 15 skewers
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the slices of the prosciutto in half and fold in a square.
- Using a melon baller scoop, make 15 balls out of the cantaloupe.
- Slice radish very thin.
- Cut 15 squares of avocado.
- Assemble skewers adding the radish first followed by cantaloupe, prosciutto and avocado.
Servings: 15 skewers
