Description

Fenn Valley’s Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant dry white wine that showcases the exceptional quality of Lake Michigan Shore-grown grapes. This Michigan Sauvignon Blanc is made from fruit cultivated in our Fennville vineyards, where the cool maritime climate and sandy, well-drained soils of the Lake Michigan shoreline help produce grapes with concentrated, bright flavors.

This vintage expresses the hallmark grapefruit and citrus zest character reminiscent of Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand’s Marlborough region, yet carries its own distinct Michigan personality. Aromas of lime, passionfruit, and fresh herbs lead into a crisp, mineral-driven finish that is both refreshing and refined.

Thanks to the region’s naturally low soil fertility and excellent drainage, our vines focus their energy on producing smaller yields with intensified flavor—a winemaking advantage that shines in every sip. No oak is used, allowing the natural fruit notes to remain clean and prominent.
