With all of the interest in wine and food pairing that we hear from our fans and customers, we instituted the Wine & Food Pairing Weekends several years ago. During this event, we try to unravel some of the mysteries that seemingly surround a successful wine and food pairing, hopefully helping you understand why some wines pair better with certain foods than others. Due to the popularity of this dinner, reservations are required. The cost is only $70 per person ($5 less than our "regular" winemaker's dinners), which includes everything.
