EVENT Reservation Policy:
We have adopted the following reservation policy for all events that require a reservation and pre-payment. This applies to wine maker's dinners, picnics, Girls Afternoon Out, or any other non-tour event that involves an admission fee. This policy does not apply to tour fees.
We only accept reservations via telephone. On-line or email reservations are not accepted.
Reservations will not be accepted prior to the date indicated in our literature or on our website, typically this is 30 days prior to an event. Reservations will not be accepted after the cutoff date for an event, which is usually 1 week prior to an event that involves a caterer or guest chef.
Reservations are not valid until the payment is received. If paying by check, the reservation is not valid until we receive the check. If paying by credit card, the reservation is not valid if your credit card is denied.
Credit card will be charged immediately when reservations are made.
We will mail a confirmation and your credit card receipt once we have received payment for the reservation.
There will be NO refunds unless we can resell your seat. Be sure that you and your guests are able to attend BEFORE making a reservation. If you must make a cancellation, the earlier that you notify us of your cancellation, the more likely that we can resell the seat and issue a refund. Don't wait until the last minute.
If we can resell your seat, the refund will be limited to 90% of the amount paid. It would be far better for you to find someone else to attend the event in your place.
